CONFERENCE – Wednesday and Thursday, May 30 - 31, 2012
* Proof of full time student status will be asked for at the conference. Student fee includes participation in the conference,proceedings, tea/coffee breaks, lunches and welcome reception. Conference dinner is not included. Students are welcome to attend conference dinner. The cost of the tickets for the conference dinner is €70. Attendance at this social event must be advised at time of registration.
** Under exceptional circumstances a tutorial may be cancelled due to low registrations. In such a case participants will be notified in advance.
Cancellation: Notice of cancellation for SPICE 2012 should be sent to the Local organising Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org. An administration fee of €50 will be deducted from original conference charge on all cancellations received before 18th April 2011. After this date, we reserve the right retain more of the fee to cover costs incurred.
